I'm Gil Zilberfeld. I've joined the Typemock team in mid Oct-07.
I've been writing software since junior-high (which is really my application for Honorary Geekdom).
Although my degree is in electronic engineering, my professional life is about writing great software. I've done this in the army, writing image processing software for 3 years. Then, for 10 years I've been in the Israeli branch of Bio-Rad Laboratories, where I've developed and managed 2 large software projects, and finally was in charge of implementation of development processes, leaning toward agile.
And now I'm here. It's been quite a jump from an established company to start-up life. I'm very excited to be part of the team here. And one of the reasons I took this gig, is to connect with you people, the developer crowd. Develop what you need. Help other developers. Converse. This is what this community is all about.
Great software is much better than bad software. So raise your voice, say it loudly and proudly:
Let's Build Great Software!
